EVERYTHING Went Downhill after 43, Quickly.

There were nights when I slept for 10 hours, yet still felt tired the following day.
I didn't realize how severe it had become until the holidays when we visited my husband's family in Pennsylvania. We stayed in an Airbnb apartment, where I noticed a high-tech, computerized scale in the bathroom. We hadn't owned a scale in our own home for years.
Reluctantly, I stepped on it, curious about the reading.

That moment hit me hard.
As I gazed at my reflection in the bathroom mirror, I felt terrible about what I saw.
I appeared round and bloated.
How did things deteriorate so much? How did I let myself go this far?
The "scale experience" lingered in my mind throughout the day. And as I prepared for bed that night, I made a decision.

I Was Determined To Get The "REAL ME" Back!

When I got home, the first thing I did was go for a walk.

But I quickly learned that my joints couldn't handle all the weight I was carrying at the time.

Then I started a detox by making drinks and drinking juice.

 I had some early success with it, but then I realized it made me too hungry, so I ended up eating and losing all my progress.

I even tried some strange home remedies that a woman at a health food shop in my area swore by.
